Utilize these sessions during common trigger times, like work, studying, relaxing, or getting ready, or incorporate them as part of your routine akin to "gym" training. Strive for a minimum of three sessions per day to enhance the strength of your awareness over time.
Following awareness exercises, KeenLite prompts you to record your "redirections," which signify healthy ways of self-soothing. Replacing unwanted behavior with new habits is crucial. The app stores your vibration and redirection data, allowing you to monitor your progress effectively.
